This course reader is designed for studying Animal Farm at Key Stage 3 – it is designed for Y9 but could be adapted for younger years. The focus is on character development, understanding the narrative, and exploring key themes and ideas about power. There is also a glossary throughout the text and opportunities to pause, discuss, and make notes.
